Matt had to go out of town for a few days so Drew and I decided to welcome him home w/ some yummy chocolate chip cookies. As you can see, Drew mostly enjoyed the 'before' product.

New Pics

Hey folks. thought it was time for another post. Just some pics of D playing outside and one of him in the cabinet--his favorite place to hang out. I got him to keep his glasses on for half a second so I could get a quick picture. The weather is shaping up here (finally!!) so we've been able to go outside more often. We had a beautiful weekend last weekend and spent most of it outside. We hit the zoo in town Monday w/ Bryson. Drew really liked the feeding of the sea lions, also known as 'seals' to him. The tigers were very popular also. The park was Tuesday b/c the high here was 75! It was wonderful and we can only hope for more!

We went to our first movie last weekend! We lasted about 30 minutes. NOt bad.

Some new words/things:

- Mommy's road rage must be extreme b/c Drew says "syso" (psycho) when we get in the car.

- He's really into napkins--"nonni". He likes to have them during meals. Odd

- He just learned the thumbs-up sign last night. Pretty cute.

- He can now say 'high five'.

- His favorite number is 9. I guess b/c he can say it??

- He tells us which books and songs to sing. Especially during ni-ni's (bedtime). If you stray from what he demands, he says 'no' over and over and won't let you finish. That's funny.

THere are others but these are some of the best. Wish us luck!

Shaving Cream Fun!

Bryson came over today and the boys played in shaving cream. Bryson wasn't much for it but Drew sure had a good time!

New Hair Cut

I wanted to show off Drew's new haircut. He looks like such a little boy! I think it's too short but Matt likes it. We'll see who wins next time.....

Taco Tuesdays

You are witnessing Drew's first big-boy taco! He kept wanting to eat our's so we made him one of his own. He held it and everything! Tear--he's growing up so fast!

Slave Labor

Salute

I would like to send out a farewell to an iconic voice in radio. Yes, Paul Harvey, a longtime friend of mine, passed away this weekend at the age of 90. We wish him Good day. And that is the rest of the story.
